A clear, four-step process built around your schedule. From the first call to the last day on site, one team manages it all.
Tell us your classifications, headcount, start date, duration, rates or wage requirements, and site requirements (badging, drug screen, PPE, certifications).
We search our database of 100,000+ candidates and our industry network. That includes skilled people who are working now and would move for the right project. We screen each candidate for experience, credentials, references, and safety.
We understand your needs are urgent, and we work well under that pressure. Our teams can assemble large-scale crews within a couple of weeks. We draw on a nationwide talent pool, assist with electrical license reciprocity across states, and source accommodations for traveling crews. We can also fully manage lodging. Crews work on rotation (turnaround) or full-time schedules, whichever fits your project.
We handle weekly payroll and workers’ comp, and we stay in touch with the crew throughout the project. If someone isn’t the right fit, we replace them quickly.
We staff prevailing wage projects, including submitting certified payroll, and we have deep experience doing it. We’ve also partnered with unions to supplement their crews when their own resources are thin.
